Could You Use Motivation To Exercise?

Hi Everyone –


You may have heard that I’m moving into Health & Wellness Coaching for women 50 and above. I’ve actually been doing it for the past several years with my clients but was combining it with therapy or hypnosis. Now I’ve decided to actually step into it.


I’m starting things off with a free 4-week challenge – in 2 areas most people don’t do enough of. Exercising and drinking water. Both are good for all areas of your life – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The challenge is for women (of all ages) who either aren’t exercising at all and want to start, or women who aren’t exercising enough and want to do better.


Regular exercise has the following benefits:


• Weight loss • Improves physical health • Improves mood • Gives an energy boost • Promotes better sleep • Improves your sex life




More than half the adults in the U.S. don’t drink enough water – usually saying they’re too busy or just don’t think to do it. This can lead to:


• Headaches • Fatigue • Weight gain • Brain fog • Anxiety


This challenge is just for women (sorry guys!) and is a no-blame, no-shame event. Just start where you are and work on getting better. Here are the details.
