Kickstart Your Day!
Would you like to feel strong and energized throughout your day? Does the thought of staying on task and focused sound really attractive to you? Could you use a little boost in productivity and concentration?
If you said yes, there's a very simple solution. Get into the habit of exercising early in the day. Here are some of the benefits of doing exactly that:

I totally get that this can be a tough habit to start, I was in that exact position about 15 years ago. But the good news is that you don't have to get up 2 hours early to get some of the above benefits. Try setting your alarm 15-20 minutes early and, once you've used the bathroom and gotten dressed, go for a brisk walk around the block.
As you get more used to the activity, you can increase the time and/or intensity of what you're doing. And the benefits start accruing really quickly.
